The New Year.

This morning, we started off the year with our
very first Board Meeting of 2010. All members
of the BOD of 09/10 huddled up on school grounds
to discuss, give their honest opinions & ideas for 2010,
and I must say, we've got some pretty high expectations
& goals to achieve but nothing is impossible, right? But
I'll get to that a little later. photos frm this morning (:

The main highlight of this post would have to be
about the annual AGM meeting of 2010 but just a gentle
reminder, this AGM meeting is only for the students of
SMK TTDI.

Now that you know, make sure you kids come
and support the Interact Club! Don't worry. On
Monday and Tuesday, we're planning to set up a
booth specially for you kiddos to enquire about the
quirks and the works of the Interact Club, basically.
Code Name: Operation 'AD'. So keep your eyes
peeled for the ones dressed in black and approach us
if you have any questions to ask. (:

As for 2009, with a string of events ranging from
our first Annual Bonding session, I.U. Days, visits
to the orphanage and such, I can say on behalf of the
club that we certainly had one heck of a year.. and I mean
that in a good way. (:

We participated & set up our very own Interact Stall - Penang Delights.
Many thanks to the school for awarding us the Best Stall. (:
kudos to everyone who helped out as well. (;

great teamwork.

Now that that's done, it is about time I list
down the few events that we might be organizing
and YOU should be looking forward to.
Just to name a few, projects like:

Our first Annual Charity Run
I.U. Day 2010
Futsal Competition

Too little? Don't be fooled. We've got many more
events that we are looking into but this will just have
to do for now. Nothing is a 100% confirmed but we have
big dreams to make these events work but we'll need
your full support & would be very appreciative about it. (:

Well, I've said all there is to say & this post is
getting a tad bit too long, so I shall stop here. Till next
time!

OH! One more thing. Our dear Wan Iman Farhana has
transferred to another school, therefore leaving the spot
for the Creative Director on the BOD 09/10 empty but
no worries as we have appointed Julia bt. Abdul Rashid
to take over her place. Welcome aboard Julia! Don't
let us down okay, we have absolute faith in you. (:

UPDATES.

Firstly, we would sincerely like to apologize to the avid
readers of this blog for the lack of updates. As finals are on
its way, we have been busy getting ourselves prepared, thus
explains the lack of updates.


Secondly, we would like to wish all PMR & SPM candidates the
best of luck for their examinations & may all of you pass with
flying colours. (:


Thirdly, we would like to thank everyone who attended our
International Understanding Day 2009. Without you guys, it wouldn't
have been a success & we want to thank you again. (:


Fourthly, a few of the Board of Directors of 09/10 attended SMK La
Selle's "Dance Off; East Meets West Fusion" which was held
approximately three Saturdays ago at 12PM - 2PM and
we would also like to thank them for inviting
us because we certainly enjoyed ourselves during the event.
*will do a proper update on this the next update.


Fifthly, the BOD of 09/10 would like to wish goodluck,
say goodbye & thank you to the previous BOD of 08/09 for
having taught us how to be more responsible, guiding us and
providing support in everything we do. The club wouldn't be where
it is today if it weren't for you all & we thank you & we hope
everything goes well for all those who have stepped down from the
BOD of 08/09. (:


Lastly, congratulations to all the new elected Board of Directors
of 09/10 & as I speak on behalf of the board, we will try our very
best to not let you down in anything we do. So, do stay tuned folks
because we have many many things in store for you. (:
